Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: Standard delivery 3–5 business days | Express 1–2 business days via Royal Mail
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Thresholds are displayed at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
